Who we are

Lead by experience and passion

Our Mission, Our Purpose

Our aim is to create a sense of belonging for each person we work with. Our goal is to provide person-centred care, that focusses on who you are, and how we can support you to develop your own strengths and abilities to live an independent and fulfilling life. The key to providing professional support to those who we work with is by having a strong focus on the well-being and career-development of our staff. Our staff are therapeutically driven and trauma informed. Our values are what drives us and are the foundation for what we do. Each member of our staff has worked within the industry and have come together collectively as we believe we can make a difference with the support we can provide.

Our success is measured by the achievements of those we work along side of. We look to be more than just a support service. We are where people are treated with dignity, compassion and respect, and where we understand that each person is an individual. We take the time to not only learn about you, but encourage you to learn about us, to ensure you are comfortable and let you decide if we are the right fit for your individual needs. We are deeply committed to helping you achieve your goals, which specifically can be through our support coordination or through our disability support and mentoring programs.

Some questions for Scott

  • Being able to have a more fulfilling career and to be able to give back. Scott has committed himself to career development, and to providing high quality and skilled support to those who we work with. My skills as a project manager have been advantageous in providing support coordinator services.

  • The need to fill the gaps in the industry. The attitude of ‘we can do this better, and improve services for those that we work with’. We want to be leaders within the industry and set the standard for quality support, for understanding, being able to work collaboratively, to support individuals to achieve their goals and be part of a community, not feel like a number.

  • Share in the core values that are at the centre of our practice. Have a passion for supporting individuals to develop their own strengths, skills and abilities so that they can achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.
